I run small groups of 4 or 5 where you can learn new strategies and start to understand the deeper rooted reasons which may be stopping you make long-term desired changes. These groups can also help you to realise you are rarely alone in experiencing difficulties with making a change that has been a major part of your life for a long time. They offer the opportunity to learn about and have some gentle therapeutic input to increase your awareness so you can choose how to start resolving the issue and make a change. I offer groups that consider eating issues, chronic fatigue, parenting, self-esteem, personal and professional development and anger management issues.
I am open to offering other groups, so please ask if you are experiencing difficulty with something you feel others may value learning from too because if I have appropriate knowledge or know someone that may be able to help, a resolution may not be that far away.
Groups run for two hours.
