I run small groups of 4 or 5 where you can learn new strategies and start to understand the deeper rooted reasons which may be stopping you make long term desired changes.  These groups can also help you to realise you are rarely alone in experiencing difficulties with making change that has been a major part of your life for a long time.  They offer the opportunity to learn about and have some gentle therapeutic input to increase your awareness so you can choose how to start resolving the issue and make change.  I offer groups that consider eating issues, chronic fatigue, parenting, self-esteem, personal and professional development and anger management issues.

I am open to offering other groups, so please ask if you are experiencing difficulty with something you feel others may value learning from too because if I have appropriate knowledge or know someone that may be able to help, resolution may not be that far away.

Groups run for two hours.

EATING ISSUE GROUPS
Meet like minded people, that can offer substantial support and encouragement to consider eating issues and body image from a different perspective.  No diet needed or included.

CHRONIC FATIGUE GROUPS (including those experiencing ME, Fibromyalgia and PTSD)
Interested in how others manage no energy, constant tiredness and physical pain yet continue to find motivation to live a full life.  Then this group is probably for you.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT GROUPS
A friendly environment for discussing ways to work towards your personal goals and make changes which may be proving difficult without support whether that involves learning to assert yourself or manage your aggression.  Ideal for students, those seeking new career opportunities and anyone who wants to seek insight into their value system, who and what they are.   See more detail on separate sheet.
